The New Voices in Space Working Group at Space Scotland is pleased to share the final report from the Diversity and Inclusion within the Scottish Space Sector initiative, supported by the UK Space Agency Devolved Administration Fund.
The report draws on focus group discussions held earlier this year and explores key themes including workforce diversity, inclusion, skills development, and participation across Scotland’s space sector. It also outlines recommendations intended to support workforce sustainability and broaden participation across the industry.
We hope the findings will contribute to ongoing conversations around workforce development and the future growth of Scotland’s space sector.
